Fire Damper Rectifications and Supply
Fire Stopping can carry out the rectification to the surrounds of the fire dampers and the maintenance and operation of the fire dampers to ensure they comply with AS1682.2. We can also supply and install new or replacement fire dampers.
Fire Sealing of Penetrations
Fire Stopping supply and install fire protection products to electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services penetrating fire rated elements of the building to meet with your fire rating requirements and to comply with the BCA and Australian Standards for up to 4 hours of fire separation.
Fire Spray to Structural & Mechanical
Fire Stopping can supply and install a lightweight gypsum/vermiculite fire rated spray to protect beams, columns and hollow sections of steel members for up to 4 hours of fire protection.
Fire Stopping can supply and install a lightweight gypsum/vermiculite fire rated spray to protect smoke ducts and kitchen exhausts for up to 4 hours of fire protection.
Fire Doors & Frames
Fire Stopping can supply and install new or replacement fire doors and frames, including a complete range of fire rated door hardware including door seals, fire rated lock sets, fire rated closers and fire door upgrade products.
Our door range isn’t just limited to the standard fire doors; we also offer sliding fire doors and ballistic fire doors.
Intumescent Fire Rated Paint Coatings
Fire Stopping supply and install a water based intumescent fire rated paint to structural steel members for up to 2 hours fire protection that provides an architecturally pleasing finish, this coating can be painted in an overcoat to meet with any colour the client wishes.
Fire Safety Upgrades
Fire Stopping has an extensive knowledge with fire safety upgrades and can offer the replacement of fire doors, installation of fire walls, fire damper replacements, fire separation of services that penetrate units and fire rated windows, we can also project manage or engage other trades such as electrical, fire extinguishers and sprinkler fitters to undertake all your requirements with minimal fuss and little interruption to your tenancy.
We ensure that the works are to a high standard that you and us would accept and make sure all surfaces are protected during these works; we leave your place in as good if not better condition than we found it.
