Fire Stopping Pty Ltd was appointed the sole Passive Fire Contractor on this high-profile project by the Principal as well as all subcontractor trades to carry out fire rating of electrical, mechanical, security and plumbing services.

This was a truly unique project due to many complex factors, with staged areas of handover and occupancy throughout the build our onsite team worked in with all trades to ensure that all critical milestones and handovers were met for the client.

Throughout this project Fire Stopping carried our many disciplines of Passive Fire installations.

Fire Stopping Pty Ltd was awarded the contract to carry out a Fire Safety Upgrade on The Gazebo Apartments project.  Being that the majority of these works took place within tenanted apartments, our specialised team worked in conjunction with resident, building managers and other trades to ensure minimal disruption to the resident’s as possible.

Fire Stopping Pty Ltd was engaged to carry out fire rating works within the existing building including sealing service penetrations and encasement of services.

Fire Stopping Pty Ltd was also engaged to carry out fire rating works to the newly constructed Building on this project.

Fire Stopping was engaged by to carry out the fire rating of electrical, mechanical and communication service penetrations throughout this new construction project. Our onsite team coordinated with multiple trades throughout the project and were able to deliver all completed works on time for clients.

Fire Stopping Pty Ltd was engaged to carry out the Fire Safety Upgrade works at Observatory Tower which is one of Sydney’s most prestigious residential apartment buildings.  Our specialised team of highly trained staff worked methodically with Building Management, residents and other trades to coordinate access to work areas within apartments and carrying out of works in a fast and efficient manner whilst maintaining extremely high standard of work with minimal disruption to residents.

Fire Stopping was engaged to install a large 3-hour Fire Rated bulkhead at this project, including sealing of cable trays that penetrated the bulkhead and encasing the main structural steel supports of the bulkhead to protect essential services
